Morning
we have moved recently and the team have changed our plan without our consent. I have been advised that our bill would be corrected and that I should not worry. Our new contract started back in April and now on the new house it looks like they started. New contract with double the monthly charges. This morning I received an email saying that we haven’t paid the bill. What?! It is and always was a DD. Please let me know what to do. The number I was given to call does not give me option to talk to one adviser.
