Moving home

Hi

getting desperate as I’m moving home on 9th Feb and I’ve been trying to contact VM for 2 days to arrange the move of my broadband/tv/home phone/mobile package. 

I've tried the Moving Home online options but it takes you to a chat facility where no one responds😡

 

ive also tried dialling 150 and ended up in a queue which cut me off after 59 minutes. 

any suggestions (other than ditch VM) or any VM folk in hear who can help?

Welcome back to the Community Forums.

 

I'm terribly sorry for our delayed response and to hear you've gone to a lot of trouble trying to notify us of your home move. We are aware that our helplines are a lot busier than usual and apologise for the frustration caused.

 

Have you tried using our text service instead on 0753 305 1809? They'll be able to process the home move for you if you haven't been able to already. Sadly it's not something we can process here from the forums.

 

Let us know how you get on from here.
