Moving home

I move home on 27 October. I am a current broadband only customer and have verified service is available at the new address. I wish to keep the same services at the new address - no change.

I can find no way - no phone number, no chat button - to let Virgin know about the move.

Please let me know how I can reach someone and schedule installation for 27 October.

Hi DougEF,

There's a chat messenger set up for Home Movers contactus/moving-home  which works well on a PC/laptop, not sure about via a tablet or mobile. It isn't always manned though.

You could also try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of Home Move  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Home Movebut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
