Moving home

I am moving home soon and will like to continue with virgin as my supplier at new address.  But I have been through the website .  There is no number to contact or email to arrange the switch over.  How can I get in touch with some one to facilitate the move? 

The customer is almost non existence nowadays with Virgin.  I have been with Virgin for more than 10 years and I am very disappointing with the current customer service.

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of moving home  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
