. My contract has ended and I am moving home. There is no virgin where I am going, so need to cancel my subscription and sent the boxes back. I'm finding it impossible to discuss options with you - online chat is not working, I can't get through by phone, the text message service directs me back to the website and My Virgin Media states that making changes to my package is not possible. Pleas advise how best I can get in touch with someone to discuss.
