Moving home - new contract?

Hi

We’ve just moved home and the relocation was excellent - especially the engineer that came around to get us set up. 

I was told that there would be no changes to my package when we moved. Then I got an email about a new direct debit, and now I notice I don’t have TNT Sports any longer - looking on here, apparently it’s now an extra charge(?).

This wasn’t explained when I booked the move. It should have. Especially now as I see I have an extra charge on my new bill too for a new package. Anyone help? Obviously would be nice to speak to a human at Virgin.

We're glad to hear the re-location went well, but we're sorry to hear what's happened in relation to TNT Sports. 

To confirm, TNT Sports is now a separate add-on and costs £18 per month.
