Moving home-new contract

I have recently moved house and have received a new 18 month  contract. I have also had an upgrade included that I didn’t request. My new contract will run past my special offer period which will increase my bill from £26.50 to £44 per month. 
I can’t get hold of anyone online or on the phone. How do I sort this?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I hope the house move went well 🙂

Sorry to hear of the confusion of the account contract. I will advise that if you are on a contract at the old property, then a move is just a contract continuation. Unless anything else agreed of course. What does sometimes happen, is that the full contract is put through due to the system coding, then amended manually.
