Hello, the link to "Move home" (http://store.virginmedia.com/movers.html?intcmpid=Link_MyVMlgdin_MovingHome) is broken and doesn't lead anywhere.
I get the following error when I click on that link.

The link may have been down temporarily, it's working for me. Have you tried a different browser?
You could try it again via this link contactus/moving-home
There is also a chat messenger option on the same page, scroll down and click on the red Message Us icon

I'm very sorry to hear you've having issues accessing that link. Just like newapollo I have tested the link and it does seem to be working.

i am pretty sure that the link doesn't work because I have tracking protection enabled in my web browser and somehow virgin services don't work properly with it.
i cannot test this now for various reasons but I'll bet my money on that.

I've just tested the link, see screenshot below and it is definitely working.
Perhaps you should try a different browser, or an incognito window/tab, or temporarily turn off your "tracking protection"

Yes that is precisely what I am pointing out.
Virgin services *should not* require to disable tracking protection to work.
Same thing with incognito mode, there is no reason whatsoever that it should be required to be disabled for this service to work.
This being said, I am not asking anymore for someone to fix this issue. I don't think they will revamp their services because I want to have a bit of privacy on the internet.

Yes, I eventually got to tell Virgin that I moved. Unfortunately I have other problems with Virgin that are not relevant to this forum post.
But yes, please do forward this feedback to the developers team.
For the record, I can do banking activity entirely in a private browsing session, with tracking protection enabled.
I do expect Virgin to be as capable and giving me the same level of privacy online.
