I am a VM customer and I'm in the middle of moving house. My VM account at the old address is now closed, and a new account number has been created for the new house, which we haven't moved into yet because of reasons beyond our control. I have been informed by email that an invoice for the new account is now ready but I can't log into the new account to read it. I want to use my existing email address to access my new VM account, but the system won't let me use that email address. Can anyone help please?
