Hello,
Iam also in the same boat after moving house with Virgin Media. Arranged for the same package that we were using at our old house to be transferred to our new address. Service worked at the new property when it was supposed to do. Only to find out that I had been put on a new contract for 18 months at a new higher price. Calls to VM made the last one made, I was under the impression it was sorted. Only to receive an email yesterday letting me know my January bill would still be for the increased amount on an 18 month contract that I never agreed to.
