I recently got in touch to let you know im moving house. After attempting this multiple times on this stupid web chat, finally I’ve got thru to someone, I’ve told him I’m moving address, my new address has the virgin media port already installed so all I want is to change my address/ move my service. No need for engineer as I’m self installing. Anyway on my original deal I had 3 more months of 15£/ month remaining (6 months discount), then my bill should be 33£/month. I wanted this to be transferred that’s all no other changes !! Today I’m reviving an email with “New account” on new address, some stupid parcel on the way that I didn’t ask for, and my next bill is 86£ ????? For what ?? Then next estimated bill is 33£.
where is my deal I’ve went for ? 15/month for 6 months ???!!
how did my 15£ + 20£ ( moving charge) became 86£????
