Moving home & and I need to help disconnected my old cable and transfer to my new premises

Hello, I am customer from 2005 and need your help with my account. I need to disconnect my old internet cable, but I don't forget my account number . The property where I used to live needed to leave emergently , because of the condition issues. Usually my payments going through bank account and I never had a set up account in online. 

Can you please help me to solve this problem and make easier transfer to my next premises

Hi Aiva,

If you bring up a bank statement then you will see your Virgin account number on there next to the payment you made.
