Moving home - Contract change

Hey,

I moved home a few months ago and had a couple issues which where sorted out with the help of this forum!

At the time my contract was extended when I moved, I requested it not be, cancelled the home move order, placed another home move order but again contract was extended.

I received confirmation my discount would not be extended but contract would. Again brought this up on this forum and was told not to worry about this on 3 occasions as it was just an administrative error and that my contract/discount would still be aligned.

My bill has just went up by quite a bit as discount has ended but my contract still remains now at the higher price.

Would love some help in getting this sorted, still have the messages from forum staff saying this wouldn't happen if needed!

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Sorry for the confusion here - we've done exactly what we agreed 🙂 it's just the online account won't reflect this. If a bill has gone up, one of the reasons this could be is because the discount has expired (look at the billing period and discount end date for me).
