Hi, does anyone know how to book a ‘non fault’ call out. Would like to move tv to different corner of room, so need to get cable to enter house from a different point. I understand there is a £99 call out fee, which I’m happy to pay, but can’t find how to book someone.
Even though it's a non fault, it's the Faults team that would organise this for you.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a short description of faults - move cable point to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
