Moving Out

Hi there,

My question is fairly simple. I am a student living in rented accommodation and my tenancy expires in early April 2021. As I am moving back home, I do not need to continue my rolling contract with Virgin media once I move out.

1) I heard that I need to give 30 days notice to cancel my contract, is this is correct?

2) How do I go through the process of moving out? Do I need to call the Customer Service number or is there an easier way to cancel online?

Thank you for taking the time to post.  

 

In order to leave the contract you would need to provide 30 days notice. 

 

You would need to call the team via 0345 454 1111 options 1-4-5.
