My question is fairly simple. I am a student living in rented accommodation and my tenancy expires in early April 2021. As I am moving back home, I do not need to continue my rolling contract with Virgin media once I move out.
1) I heard that I need to give 30 days notice to cancel my contract, is this is correct?
2) How do I go through the process of moving out? Do I need to call the Customer Service number or is there an easier way to cancel online?
