Moved house a few months ago, was told I had to take out brand new 12 month contract, have since found out T+C’s state initial contract should have come with me, 3 hour phone call and no help from Virgin, they state I must pay early disconnect fee to cancel services even though I am in a contract I should not be in. Have raised a complaint but really don’t want to be paying for a contract for the next few months I shouldn’t be in. Any ideas greatly welcome!!
