Moving House - no Virgin services

Morning,

I'm currently considering moving house and the area I'm looking at doesn't currently have Virgin. I'm 4 months into an 18 month contract. Does anyone know if there is a cap on the charge to terminate the contract early? I'm on the 500mb package including line rental.

Thanks in advance and stay safe.

Re: Moving House - no Virgin services

Yes, it's capped at a "mere" £240, plus the charge during the 30 days notice:

If you're moving out, and there's new or remaining occupiers at the old property, and can persuade them to take over the existing contract, you could probably avoid that.

If you are cancelling, don't forget that you'll need to return the VM kit otherwise they'll charge you for it.
