can’t get through on the phone for obvious reasons, 1h 3mins on hold then call centre hung up! I’ve moved house, and I’m due to go live today. My query is why do I need to take out a new contract? My original plan was due to expire in June but looking at my new contract that I got emailed over it’s due to run until March 21, Surely this can’t be the case! I did quiz the woman who helped set it up but she wasn’t being clear.
