Moving House New contract

Help!

can’t get through on the phone for obvious reasons, 1h 3mins on hold then call centre hung up! I’ve moved house, and I’m due to go live today. My query is why do I need to take out a new contract? My original plan was due to expire in June but looking at my new contract that I got emailed over it’s due to run until March 21, Surely this can’t be the case! I did quiz the woman who helped set it up but she wasn’t being clear.

Re: Moving House New contract

Hi,

As far as I'm aware when you move house which is a free service you get signed back up on 12 months.

Thanks Chris

Re: Moving House New contract

Thanks, I had to pay £20 disconnection fee to stop services at old address.
