Moving House - Locally

If I move house locally within the same town.

I am entitled to a SH5 upgrade from SH4 that I already have in my house currently.

The SH4 has been with me for about 3 years.

I want to future proof the house when VM upgrades the network.

Hi tecky7,

Thank you for reaching back out, if you have transferred your account from another address you take your current equipment with you, we still use and provide the Hub 4.0, if you have any issues with the Router and it needs replacing then the Hub 5.0 may be given  at that point.

Any change of equipment or package will add a new contract.
