Moving House - Issues with billing, Accessing My Virgin Media and keeping email address

Hi all,

got a few issues outstanding from moving house last month...

1) Despite an email confirming my package was £67 I've been billed £84.

2) When I logon to my "old" my Virgin Media it says I have left and have 90 days 

    to save anything I want to keep. This is despite being assured I could keep my 

    Blueyonder email address.

3) I can't access my "new" my Virgin Media as I don't know the password and can't 

    reset it as I don't have access to my "new" Virgin Media.

Its essential I keep the Blueyonder account for a number of reasons. Can someone 

assist me in accessing my "new" Virgin Media and ensure my Blueyonder account 

is not deleted. *Note the "new" Virgin Media account has a virgin.com email address.

Also could the billing issue be addressed as well.....

Hi Hmax482, thanks for your post. 

 

Sorry to hear about the problems you've had since your house move. 

 

If the move/transfer was done successfully then you should be able to log into the 'new' account using the same details so it's probably best we take a look into that first of all and see what can be done to help.
