Moving Home

Hi all, i am moving home at the end of the month and trying to let virgin media know about it. The website says use the 'message us' option. However when you go onto that page it says click the message us button below...... but there is no button/link. Tried calling but the automated line just says go onto the website. There is literally no way to contact them about this. Help would be appreciated!

Hi Wakers5,

Have you tried sending an SMS?

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of Moving home  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

The chat messenger works on my PC, but not on my tablet or phone. Have you tried from a PC?

Hi thanks for the response! I text the number a few days ago waiting on a response. And yeah I tried on PC and the message us button just isn’t there! No idea why! Thank you!
