I am moving home next week and I have not been able to access the moving home webpage on the virgin media website, it keeps crashing. I have also tried to get in contact through the online messaging option, but again, I cannot use this, the link redirects me to another part of the website. I also can't get through to the call centre.
How can I arrange an internet home move? Please could someone help?
