Movies upgraded

Received a phone call today 

the guy went on and on and on , I finally asked if I had to pay for this ? He then went on and on and didn’t answer my query , I hanged up but have received an email to say I have to pay extra per month for something I didn’t agree to 

this is obviously company policy , as I had the same phone call last year and ended up having to contact you to cancel 

I can’t contact anyone , maybe the guy who phoned me could be used elsewhere to deal with downgrades , complaints and cancellations 

it’s so easy to upgrade funnily enough
