I have been with Virgin Media for a few years, cancelled for a month and rejoined on a new house couple of weeks ago. All has been set up and new account number has been created. I can't however log into the new account with my normal email address - it's asking me to use a difference one, but I need to use the same address for billing notification etc. I believe I need a move/transfer?

If you are are trying to use the same email address from your old account to register on the new account, it may not work as the email is identifying it is registered to the old account.
I will have to have a deeper look into this, I will have to private message you.
