Moved house - cannot access My Virgin Media

I've recently moved house and with it have moved my Virgin TV & broadband package over.

However it appears that my 'My Virgin Media' account hasn't been updated with my new acct number as it now says I'm no longer a customer.

How can I get this updated? Is there a link?
