My 18 month minimum period written in my contract has changed since I moved house in Nov 2022. The original end date used to be 18th April 2023 and since moving it changed to 11th May 2024. I did not change my package, I'm still using the same M500 Fibre Broadband and same equipment and I haven't bought any additional services when I moved, so it should've stayed the same according to virgin media terms & conditions. Tried to contact support twice and both times my question was ignored.
I've seen some similar posts here so I hope that someone from the forum team can help me out.

I'm sorry to hear you've been recontracted after moving home, despite not changing your package.
It's possible that you were on a legacy (older) package, and we had to change it slightly when you moved home, however you shouldn't have been recontracted if the request to change was not yours.
