Moved home, priority request but still no contact from Virgin

I’ve been waiting a few weeks for a phone call about my house move, I’ve filled the online form out twice and got the confirmation emails. Also rang up and the operator who put this installation request as a priority and she said we will get a call soon. 2 days after that call, we still haven't heard anything. My husband is working from home and we are out of our mobile data. I am finding it difficult to get through to the call centres because they are closed. I have a few doctors telephone appointments for my kids and my GP and hospital have my home phone number as my mobile signal is poor, I'm just worried I'm going to miss those appointments. We are already in our new home without internet, phone and TV.

Could anyone please help?
