Moved home - Account incorrect

Hi!

I seem to have similar issues to those above. Moved house and have no internet access yet.

Told to activate it by registering a new account, but it states the new account number is already attached to an email address - when I sign in with that address, it says the account is closed. Stuck in this loop!

Any help would be much appreciated!

In regards to your online account, do you have an alterative email address you can use to register the new account with?

Can you confirm if you've followed the activation instructions that come with the equipment?

Hi Alex!

I have followed the instructions and tried registering with an alternative email address, but it tells me the account is already registered to another email address (the same I used previously).
