Moved apartments and contract changed

Joining in

I moved apartments on the 22nd June and duly notified VM. I was advised to carry my equipment to the new place and would be reconnected and continue as was.

I was reconnected on 3rd July but it seems my contract was changed and I received a bill with vastly different figures than expected. It also seems it is a new contract rather than a continuation of the current one
