Moved House 18 month contract restarted

Hi,

We’ve recently moved house and despite not changing anything on our package Virgin have put us on a brand new 18month package. This means the discounted monthly rate we had agreed, will run out in a few months and lock us into longer term expensive contract. Can someone get us back on our original contract please?
