Monthly payments all screwed up

Ok, this is becoming a major pain now. 

Some time ago I spoke to Ryan who offered me an 18 month contract for £56 per month for my package.

Despite sending me a contract confirming this I was then sent ANOTHER contract 2 or 3 days later showing I would actually be paying £59 per month not the £56 Ryan arranged.

When I queried this Jodi took over the conversation and resolved things so that I would indeed be paying only £56 per month.

So why please, when I check my online account is it still showing an 18 month contract for £59 per month and a note that the amount to be taken out of my account this month should be £78.15?

Can someone please update my online billing details?
