Mistyped email address during purchase

I recently purchased a Virgin Media package but I entered my email address in wrong so haven’t received a confirmation email! 

The installation date is coming up. 

Would someone be able to help me?

I called and was able to change it. I don’t think I’ve had my confirmation of purchase and installation date email arrive though.

Hi Aarun,

 

Can I ask when did you call? I checked the details and can see that one was recently generated. I've also re-generated it again just now. Can you wait a bit to see if it arrives and check your junk and deleted folder? Let me know if you still cannot see it.
