This may be the wrong section, but after 14 days plus of no broadband last month I was promised a refund on my account payment, this has not happened.
Ridiculous customer service and lying staff!
Every goddam time I talk to you, you lie to me.
I am not calling you at my cost again. Get someone to call me immediately or I go to OFCOM.
