I’ve emailed missing payments 7 days ago regarding a payment made to VM that’s showing on my bank statement however they say they haven’t received it. I have included the bank statement in the original email to the missing payments dept. I had to pay the bill a second time to get my services back on as I work from home and needed BB so had no other option. I now cannot get any response from any department either via email or on the phone and am at the end of my tether as I’m £100 down and need the money.
