I made a payment august the 8th for Augusts bill, and I was in credit of £104, but didnt realise it hadn't come off the bill, I checked my account tonight and the bill was over due, so I panicked and paid again, didn't remember I paid on the 8th till I checked my bank, so theres a missing payment of £104, and now this months bill has come through, so iv paid twice for august 😞 I know it's late 3.30am but I worry and wont sleep lol thanks for any replies 🙂
There is a missing payment in my account. I have cancelled the debit card and I have made a payment with another card on 1st Jan (Account debited date 3th Jan). However, I get an e-mail overdue billing on 11th Jan. I have checked the bank account and the balance has been decreased. I could not connect any customer services they are waiting too long to connect on the phone for 2 days. What should I do? Please let me know. Thanks.
