Missing payment

Hello, first post

I made a payment august the 8th for Augusts bill, and I was in credit of £104, but didnt realise it hadn't come off the bill, I checked my account tonight and the bill was over due, so I panicked and paid again, didn't remember I paid on the 8th till I checked my bank, so theres a missing payment of £104, and now this months bill has come through, so iv paid twice for august 😞 I know it's late 3.30am but I worry and wont sleep lol thanks for any replies 🙂

Thanks for your post and please don't worry 

We have limited access to billing accounts on our Forums

If you have paid twice there are 2 things you cam do when you call

We can refund the 2nd payment as this would have been paid online 

Or we can leave the payment to cover Septembers bill 

Either way the Team on 0345 454 1111 will be more than happy to help

Hey thanks for the reply, yeah it updated the next day and this months bill was paid 🙂 so panick over lol

Hi I recived a payment from you of 80.14pence   witch was owed to me  but you took it back out off my bank account  on the 22nd October I have a copy off my statement if need to see

Hi,

My direct debit payment was failed, and I've made up a payment. But the bill is still there after 3 days. I  got a letter about it. How to resolve this?
