Missing payment on my account

Hi, I'm getting a bit fed up now. We had a bill in December for November and December as November was late. We payed £75 on 16th Dec and £75 on the 24th Dec. The one on 16th is not showing on account and seems to have disappeared. But payment is showing on the credit card used. 

Have spoken to three different people on phone and emailed missing payments twice, and still getting nowhere.

I've just come off phone to someone who was looking into it. She then transferred me to missing payments team. I then got cut off. 🙄😡🤬

We now got this month's bill and being charged late payment fee and for December payment. Stupid app and website won't let me make a payment either as there is error codes coming up!!

Come on Virgin sort it out!!

Did you manage to send the team proof of the payments coming out of your bank for Virgin Media?

Hi I did, have rang three times and about to try again. Last time they cut me off when transferred to missing payments department. 

They threatening  to cut us off, because it's saying not paid and overdue. This is peeing me off now!!

Yes I did email over and rang three times about it. Can't get through now as busy. 

Not heard anything back in two weeks been trying to sort it out.

Not yet, spoke to someone other day. They got until Monday, if heard nothing then, I got to ring up.

Have emailed, but when I got through on phone, it was disconnected.

Currently been given until Friday to pay missing payment before get cut off. 

I haven't even heard from missing payments in two weeks.

We due to renew in March. At this rate I will find another provider.
