Hi, I'm getting a bit fed up now. We had a bill in December for November and December as November was late. We payed £75 on 16th Dec and £75 on the 24th Dec. The one on 16th is not showing on account and seems to have disappeared. But payment is showing on the credit card used.
Have spoken to three different people on phone and emailed missing payments twice, and still getting nowhere.
I've just come off phone to someone who was looking into it. She then transferred me to missing payments team. I then got cut off. 🙄😡🤬
We now got this month's bill and being charged late payment fee and for December payment. Stupid app and website won't let me make a payment either as there is error codes coming up!!
