Missing broadband upgrade

Hello,

I upgraded my package online last Monday. I immediately received the pre contract paperwork but no contract start date.

Upon contacting customer support over WhatsApp they have no information about this order and claim no upgrade request exists on my account.

Surprise surprise they then come back with more expensive offers which I'm not interested in.

Can someone help follow up that original upgrade order?

I'm more than happy to see this via PM if you wish - this way you won't need to obscur anything as it's on a private platform too.

Do you have a screenshot of the pre-contract summary at all? Please provide this and obscur any personal info such as account number, email address etc and we can take a look into this for you.
