I cannot find my account number. I don't have my welcome pack and my email address changed a long time ago so I can't see e bills. Could virgin send a letter to my address with my account number on?

Sorry to hear you've not been given your account number, I can appreciate you're keen to get it.
I would advise giving us a call on 150/0345 454 1111 where the team can update your email address as well as send you a bill to provide you with the account number.
