Missing Payment

Made a full bill payment to Virgin Media of £76.48 on 29/07/2023 via Paypoint at the Co-Op but you claim you can't find my payment. 

I have sent you the following:

Paypoint receipt to Virgin Media payments 073529790200001 dated 29/07/2023 at 09:17 for the value of £76.48

Co-Op receipt - Virgin Media payments - one item at £76.48 - Total receipt £144.83 dated 29/07/2023 at 09:18 (This includes other items)

Santander bank statement with payment of £144.83 matching Co-Op receipt taken 30/07/2023 

We have been with you for around 30 years and you are now threatening me with being cut off. We are already looking at changing providers once this has been rectified.

I made a payment to Thames Water via Paypoint on the same day and they have received their payment so this is definitely a Virgin Media issue.
