Missing Payment Email sent weeks ago...

On November 8th 2023 I made a payment of £70 via the online payment system. Two weeks later services suspended and no trace of the payment. Contacted missing payments via email on November 25th and again on December 1. Still no response.

 

Any help would be much apreciated.
