I recently purchased a bundle from Virgin Media which included a reward of a PlayStation - Fortnite bundle and PS Plus 12 months subscription.
The PlayStation arrived without any issues. However there was nothing for PS plus. I have tried calling support and opening a live chat just to be transferred all over the place with no clear answer still.
I can now see from many users on the forum they are facing the same issue, anyone have any suggestions on who the right department is to speak to?
