I finnally managed to get throught to Virgins cancellation team on the 16th of Jan and thought I had successfully cancelled my Fibre package.
Today I received an email with a new 18 month contract stating that new equipment is on the way etc. I certainly did not order this.
Anyone know a quick way to get this resolved? It is a nightmare trying to get through to the canclelation team (I am sure this forcing people to wait on hold for hours is a way to get people to give up on cancelling).
