Misinformed about price and now being overcharged on contract

Tuning in

I recently agreed to renew my contract (which took about 3 weeks for your customer service team to sort out) and was told I would be getting the Ultimate Volt Bundle with Sky Sports UHD and Sky Cinema UHD for £70 per month, with a recurring credit.

After getting my first bill, I notice I am paying more than agreed and was told that I have to pay extra for the channels, which I was not informed of! All I was told was that they would be added and i'd only pay £70, when I tried to explain this to the woman on the phone, she kept talking over me and got angry and hung up when I would not accept paying extra.

Seriously it's been over a month and I am still having to solve this! I do not appreciate being lied to or being charged more than agreed for a service!
