Misapplied credit? Incorrect bill

Hi,

I my contract should be £10 a month however on my first bill, I can see it's come as £34 instead of £20 (£10x2) for first two months.

I can only see 1x £14 credit so explains why it's £34 instead of £20. 

Can someone assist me with applying the credit so only correct amount goes out of my bank account on 1st June.

you'll need to call in and chat to CS. if the bill has been generated it will be to late to change it. If this was a money supermarket deal. Moneysupermarket made error on the site. you need to chat to CS to see if they can/will honor it

Thanks for the reply.

Already been told it'll be honoured and £14 rolling credit has been applied to my account apparently. Just need a mod to check my account and confirm and if not, apply it.

Re billing, yes it's too late to regenerate bill but applying further credit to account will result in lower (correct) payment taken out via DD.

Have contacted the text no. But been 3 days and no reply yet.
