Memorable word

Hi, when I ring up Customer Service it isnt letting me get past the Memorable Word part. I only joined Virgin Media on Monday and don't recall even making a memorable word.. and I have tried going on the MyVM app and on Account Details and there is no Telephone Security Details option for me like other people have had.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
