Memorable word

I have forgotten my memorable word and need it to speak to someone on the phone, I don't have access to the address my account is registered to so can't receive a letter to change it. Is there any other way I can change this?

You should be able to pass DPA without the memorable word, once you have access then you can ask the operator to change the word.

I was told the only thing he can do is send a letter out with a reset

Strange, unless the outsourced CS don’t have that level of access or capability to change the information.
