Hi Team, I am frustrated contacting Virgin Media Online, Chats or via Phone where everyone asks for memorable word but virgin media didn't setup correctly on the first go. I have requested it via post and what I have received as my memorable word is XXXXXX . What should I do with this and if I assume its a word then how to type it during telephone calls when it needs a number?
Phone lines are not able to connect even after 30 mins of hold.
Can anyone suggest how to sort out this Memorable Word issue?
If you cannot recall the memorable word then another path of questioning can be used to authenticate you as the account holder; after successfully being authenticated you can then request the memorable word be changed.
When prompted on the phone to enter the character at position 𝕟 use the phone keypad letter mapping: For example if the 5 character of the memorable word is R you would press 7 to enter it when prompted.
