Making a complaint following account being closed

Is there an email address for making a complaint? I am struggling to resolve an issue with a final bill, when I am directed to the complaints page it tells me I need to sign in, but then when I sign in I'm told 

Sorry, there's nothing to see here

Your account's been disconnected. This means you're unable to access this area of your online account, so you won't be able to manage on-going issues or raise new ones.

Feeling very frustrated with virgin media and not sure how to proceed.

I don't think it would be appropriate for me to include the full details here but essentially the final bill is wrong. I have had a previous adviser confirm the correct amount but now no one can seem to change it and I'm continuily passed from billing to customer relations and back to billing then back to the robot then I have to start all over again on the chat. I've been trying for multiple days now across the chat and text service but just going round in circles.

We can only go off the notes on the account however.
