Hi my friend has been evicted from her flat and needs to cancel her services but is unable to speak to anyone due to not being able to remember the password for the account. She is now homeless and staying in a hostel there is no longer need to continue the service at the address it was in and the services can't be taken to the hostel. She was evicted for not paying rent due to severe financial hardship so I don't think it is likely she is in a position to keep paying for something she doesn't have any way of using.

Sorry to hear about what your friend is experiencing, for this it is something we could look into, however we would need to speak directly to the Account holder, if you could have them come here on your account or create their own account and respond the same, we would be able to go about providing further assistance.
