MOVING HOUSE - DESPERATE FOR HELP!

Trying to get in contact to move house. Without internet in new flat I won't be able to work. Been on phone for past two days and no response. Trying to get into moving house page online and keep getting OH CRIKEY. WE CAN'T FIND THAT PAGE message! Can someone help?

I'm having the same problem; have been trying to get in contact for a week.

I'm either put in neverending queues on the phone (1hr plus) and get no response on the online messenger.

I need to speak to somebody urgently as our move has already happened, at short notice, and new tenants have moved in.

I managed to get through on the phone (after more than an hour) but haven't received email confirmation of the installation (which I was told I would receive).

I appreciate things are difficult with COVID. However, I really think Virgin can do much better than this.

Virgin Media send the email conformation, like they said they was going to.
